Job description

Title: GW Systems Analysts - Document Management Modernization
Location: Sun Prairie, WI of NY (Remote Role)
Visa: UCS/GC/Any Work Visa

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze current document management processes to identify improvement areas.
Document requirements clearly for stakeholder approval.
Develop system design documents, including workflows and data models.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design a solution aligned with business needs and technical standards.
Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Configure and customize the document management system.
Coordinate data migration from legacy systems.
Ensure integration with existing systems and applications.
Develop test plans and cases to ensure system requirements are met.
Conduct and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify and resolve issues during testing.
Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Implement and maintain security protocols for sensitive information.
Conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance and security.
Monitor system performance and user feedback for improvement opportunities.
