Responsibilities:

• Gather and organize hiring needs based on business and workforce planning.
• Track and expand recruitment channels while optimizing the hiring process.
• Develop and execute talent search strategies, screening and evaluating candidate suitability.
• Maintain effective communication with business departments and follow up on recruitment results and process feedback.
• Collect talent market insights, including competitor talent information and targeted talent sourcing.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
• Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more.
• English proficiency for work; overseas recruitment experience preferred. Familiarity with international labor laws is a plus.
• Strong sense of professional ethics and teamwork.
• Proactive, communicative, and able to work under pressure.

• 根据业务发展规划和人力规划，收集、整理业务招聘需求。
• 跟进、拓展招聘渠道，优化招聘流程 。
• 指定/执行人才搜索和寻访计划，甄选、评估候选人匹配度。
• 与业务部门保持有效沟通，跟进招聘结果和流程反馈。
• 收集市场人才信息，包括竞争对手信息，定向人才挖掘。

岗位要求：

• 优秀院校本科或者研究生在校学生，能立即到岗优先。
• 可以稳定实习3个月以上，能够保证6个月以上实习者优先。
• 英语可以作为工作语言，有过海外招聘经验优先，熟悉海外法律法规加分。
• 良好的职业道德和职业操守，良好的团队合作意识。
• 为人热情、主动，善于沟通，抗压能力强。
