About You

  • You’re a Marketing Manager, eager to contribute to our mission of changing the way compensation is awarded, managed and spent.
  • You're fully fluent in Portuguese and in English (internally we only communicate in English).
  • You have 5+ years of experience in marketing management roles within similar contexts to this one, preferably in B2B SaaS companies.
  • You are a great communicator, with excellent speaking, writing, and editing skills.
  • You are a project manager, with strategic thinking and the ability to deliver strong execution.
  • You are organised and disciplined, able to meet deadlines, document processes, and shift priorities with agility when needed.
  • You are curious, humble, open-minded, empathetic, and a strong team player, willing to work with multiple stakeholders in an effective way.
  • You have hands-on experience with digital marketing, website management, SEO, content production, social media management, and event production.


Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Webflow, Notion, Livestorm, and Figma, as well as marketing and automation platforms like HubSpot.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Metricool, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of image and video creation or editing tools.

 

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Work together with the team in developing and executing the local marketing plan, actively contributing to the strategy and roadmap while collaborating closely with Global Marketing, Sales, CS, Product, and other teams.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns aligned with market strategy and company goals.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, positioning, and success metrics.
  • Manage our website for the Portuguese market, with SEO and brand in mind.
  • Own and manage social media for the Portuguese market, ensuring alignment with global planning.
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend.
  • Analyze performance data and web analytics to refine campaigns, maximize ROI, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end production of webinars, conferences, community events, and sponsorships.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships, and manage partner and supplier relationships.
  • Manage PR in collaboration with our PR agency.
  • Create and adapt content for multiple formats (email, social media, sales enablement materials, institutional presentations, pitch decks, etc.), with a strong focus on storytelling and impact.
  • Oversee the production of visual assets for the website, social media, sales materials, etc.
  • Oversee and optimize brand exposure, engagement, and recognition in the Portuguese market through events, awards, certifications, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
  • Embody and amplify our brand’s global purpose and principles.

 

Salary range

Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company and for this position, we have a budget of 38.000€ to 45.000€.
Translating to everyday language, we have a total gross package of 29.000€ to 35.000€ (plus health insurance and other benefits you can check below).
