Job Overview: The Tele Sales Coordinator is responsible for initiating and coordinating telephone sales activities in order to achieve sales targets and support the overall business objectives. They are responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential customers.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or events.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful telephone sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and procedures.
