As we grow our property portfolio across Canada, we’re looking for a relationshipdriven Leasing Relationship Specialist to join our team and manage landlord communications, lease renewals, and listing accuracy, ensuring a seamless leasing experience for both our clients and partners.



Position Summary:

The Leasing Relationship Specialist will serve as a key liaison between Corporate Stays and our landlord partners. This role is focused not only on managing lease renewals and negotiations but also on building strong, longterm relationships, ensuring our Canadian property listings remain updated and aligned with company standards, and supporting operational needs.

You’ll help ensure our housing supply is secured, listings are accurate, and our property partners feel valued.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and property managers across Canada
  • Proactively manage upcoming lease expirations and lead negotiation of renewals
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with property owners
  • Negotiate terms that align with company goals (e.g., minimizing rent increases, securing longterm rates)
  • Review Canadian property listings weekly to ensure pricing, availability, and descriptions are accurate
  • Identify outdated lease clauses and propose updates to align with current standards
  • Maintain uptodate CRM records with landlord details, lease terms, and communication history
  • Ensure all lease agreements are correctly signed, documented, and stored
  • Liaise with the Legal, Sales, and Operations teams when needed to finalize terms or address concerns
  • Provide regular lease status updates and reporting to management


    • Required Qualifications:

      • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, real estate leasing, or a similar industry
      • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
      • Proven ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively
      • Experience working with CRM tools and digital document platforms
      • Detailoriented, wellorganized, and able to manage multiple timelines
      • Familiarity with Canadian rental markets and leasing practices is a strong asset
