McBride Sisters Wine Company was founded by sisters, Robin McBride and Andréa McBride John, who believe in sustainability, social consciousness, and cultural awareness in the wine industry. They produce wine from premier coastal winemaking regions in New Zealand and the Central Coast of California and offer a unique portfolio of leading brands. The company specializes in Fortune 500 grocery stores, mass retailers, wine and spirits chains, and more across almost all 50 states of the U.S, Caribbean and Canada. McBride Sisters Wine Company is headquartered in Oakland, California, and is on track to achieve scope three carbon certification in 2023.


This is a full-time remote role for a Director of National Accounts. The Director of National Accounts will be responsible for overseeing account management and sales for national accounts. The role involves business planning, creating, and maintaining relationships with customers, and strategically managing portfolio volume and brand growth within a defined account base.

Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge national account business models including pricing, programming, program execution, and inventory management
  • Proven success in account management and sales
  • Experience in national accounts
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to change gears and work efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and complete tasks on time
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a team is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Valid drivers license and must have clean DMV record
  • 3+years of work experience with Large National Accounts On and Off Premise
  • Experience with Large National Wine or Spirits supplier, or national Wholesaler is a must
  • Familiarity working with Data from IRI, Circana, VIP, SAM



Salary Description
100k-150k/yr.
