Job description

This is a full-time, remote opportunity (EST hours) to join a growing technology-forward organization supporting its East Coast operations. The team is looking for an IT support professional to provide front-line technical assistance and maintain smooth IT operations across multiple locations. You'll be working with a wide range of devices and software in a structured and supportive tech environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
  • Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and support (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
  • Comfortable managing service tickets and prioritizing work in a structured environment
  • Clear communication skills and a strong customer service mindset

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting VPN access and wireless connectivity
  • Familiarity with imaging tools and device deployment workflows
  • Understanding of software installation best practices and IT asset management
  • Ability to support office hardware like printers, scanners, and conferencing equipment
