Business Development Executive at BairesDev


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with prospects and converting them into clients. This role may involve travel as well as client-facing interactions and meetings. You will be part of a team of other executives, allowing you to experience collaboration and teamwork.


What You'll Do:


- Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner.

- Seek new sales opportunities through calling, emails, networking and social media.

- Present our company to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings.

- Create reviews and reports with sales data.

- Work on negotiations and closing deals with prospects and existing clients.


What we are looking for:


- Experience in B2B sales.

- Background in developing client relationships.

- Experience with new client acquisition and closing deals.

- Understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.

- Located in San Francisco or New York.


Desirable:


- Experience selling staff augmentation or technology services.

- Knowledge of software development processes.

- Background in the software outsourcing industry.

- Experience working remotely.

- Familiarity with LATAM software outsourcing.

- Sales team management experience.
