Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute visual projects.
- Capture and create high-quality and visually appealing content for documentaries, films, and photography projects.
- Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear for optimal results.
- Direct talent and subjects during shoots, providing guidance and capturing authentic moments.
- Edit and post-produce footage and images to ensure a polished final product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and tools to enhance creative output.
- Manage and organize digital assets, files, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and other creative professionals to deliver cohesive projects.
- Ensure that creative projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and storytelling excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Filmmaker and Photographer, with a strong portfolio of visual work.
- Proficiency in operating professional camera equipment and editing software.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of composition, lighting, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to direct and work effectively with talent and subjects.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with various film and photography genres and styles.
- Experience in video and photo editing and post-production.
- Willingness to adapt to new techniques and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Photography, or a related field is a plus.
