Job description

Position- L2 Network Support

Exp- 1 to 3 Years

Notice Period- Immediate Joiners/ Currently serving notice period

Location- Koperkhairane Navi Mumbai

Must Have- Genesys Routing Solution, L2 Support, Design with ERD

· Administration and Maintenance of HCCS (Hosted Contact Centre Solution) Systems and Applications

· Framework installation, configuration and handling the support and maintenance part.

· To handle major production issues and the Escalated issues and provide the RCA of major Issues.

· Troubleshooting of all Genesys issues for Inbound and Outbound contact centre solution including call routing, Real time & Historical reporting using CC Pulse, Campaign creation.

· Working on Genesys Routing Solution, Design with IRD.
