What we are looking for:
  • 1-3 years of industry experience in driving UX research at product teams.
  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis for both generative and evaluative research.
  • Skilled in navigating cross-functional teams to facilitate research execution.
  • Excellent research execution skills including scoping, moderation, analysis, and synthesis.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in storytelling with the ability to articulate insights into crisp, compelling narratives.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize key questions from product, design, engineering, and product marketing teams.
  • Conduct practical and impactful research throughout the entire product cycle, from inception to completion and close the loop with feedback cycles
  • Collaborate with product and design teams on secondary research such as competitor analysis, benchmarking, etc
  • Use a variety of research methods, including in-depth interviews, usability studies, diary studies, and surveys, to gather insights about customers.
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative results and convey relevant insights to appropriate stakeholders in an engaging and actionable manner.
  • Work closely with product teams to help implement insights.
  • Work closely with analytics and data science to develop a cohesive story about our product.
  • Facilitate teams to conduct weekly user connects and build a research culture within the organization.
  • Act as an internal champion for customer and product research.
  • Remain open to exploring new research methodologies and tools as required by projects.
