What are we looking for:
We are looking for individuals who bring with them a strong passion for building products from the ground up
We are a relatively new team and would love for folks to help us shape our culture and streamline our processes
They must showcase exceptional design sense not only to mentor other designers in the team but also to get their own hands dirty with designing and building solutions.
They are expected to take end-to-end ownership of their products with an ability to influence various stakeholders through compelling narratives
They should be able to act as an internal champion for user-centric design and research
Preferably 4-6 yrs of experience
Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, research and business to iterate and deliver a seamless user experience across all products.
Give and receive feedback from other designers to continuously improve the quality of our work. Mentor colleagues to help them enhance their skills and performance.
Own your product throughout the product cycle, from inception to completion and close the loop with feedback cycles
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to solve complex user problems.
Help create design systems that produce elegant experiences, supported by research and data.
Get involved in talking to users on a regular basis and promote your design solutions by aligning them with business and user objectives.
Articulate your solutions effectively to help stakeholders envision the optimal experience.
