We are looking for Technical Lead Electro-Mechanical with 5+ Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Technical Lead should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.
• Should carefully analyse the details of all the work.
• Lead will be the interface between the team and the management.
• It’s important to be firm but equally fair too. Admitting your mistakes is also equally important.
• To lead the team successfully it is important to set targets and expectations for the team.
• Should have enough knowledge about the designing too involve with the designing team.
• Abide by all the project and company guidelines and standards and to ensure that even the team members are doing so.
• Fulfilling all the commitments by timely delivering the deliverables.
• Maintaining the account of time and reporting regularly of own work.
• Ensure fair tasks assignments where people are assigned with the task as per their skills and personal preferences.
• Constantly motivate and encourage team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressurized with high targets.
• Make yourself completely aware with all the technologies thoroughly especially the ones associated with software or application which is under construction.
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
• Expertise to define technical requirements for harness design/routing
• Good Knowledge of Catia V5 modules like Electrical harness assembly, Installation & Flattening, Part Design, Drafting and Assembly Design
• Good understanding of Electrical Equipment, Layouts, Electrical schematics, wire lists, pin-to-pin diagrams, etc.
• Ability to design electrical cabinets, installation & routing, cable ducts/trays, bracket design and selection of Cable Clamps, Connectors, Glands, Cable Protections & Conduits for Harness Installation
• Sheet metal design – Installation / support brackets, cable trays, cabinets, etc.
• Good drawing reading skills, dimensioning standard and BoM creation
• Ability to design and drafting of assemblies, installations, etc.
• Expertise in Data Management tools like Enovia 3DCOM, PDM, VPM
• Conduct self and team’s internal quality checks and ensure the accuracy and consistency all across deliveries
• Organize Design / Verification reviews with internal team and customer SPCs
Desired Skills:
• Experience on Rolling stock (Rail) and standards
• working level expertise on Rolling stock (Rail) / Harness Design
• GD&T, Welding, DFM, DFMEA, etc.
• Configuration and Change Request management
• Team handling and effective communication skills.
