We are looking for Data Visualization Specialist with 4-8 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Data Analytics Lead to translate Centre of Excellence (COE) strategy stakeholder needs to deliver integrated Sales, Product and Customer KPIs and insights that are visually understandable for our sales and marketing teams
• Extensively built solution driven views and dashboards using techniques for guided analytics, interactive dashboard design, and visual best practices to convey the story inside the data using Tableau.
• Expertise in creating data contextualization and interactivity using a variety of actions.
• Proficient in creating solution driven views and dashboards by developing different chart types including Heat maps, Geo maps, Symbol maps, Pie charts, Bubble charts, Funnel charts, Bar charts, Bullet graphs, Area charts, Scatter plots, etc.
• Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features including calculated fields, parameters, table calculations, row-level security, R integration, joins, data blending, and dashboard actions.
• Experience with sheet objects including advanced charts, creating metrics, Trend lines, attributes, filters, reports dashboards, Incremental Loading/Refresh, complex calculations to manipulate data.
• Defined best practices for Tableau report development
• Experience in working with dirty data from various sources like SQL Server, standalone databases and Flat files etc., and performing data cleansing using ETL procedures.
• Experience in working with complex SQL queries like Joins, Date functions, Inline functions and Sub-queries to generate reports
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
• 4-5 years relevant work experience
• Tableau certified consultant or experience as Tableau developer
• Advanced expertise in Tableau Server, Tableau Desktop, MS Excel.
• Demonstrate good visual design skills
• Demonstrate good data storytelling including guidance around structuring your data stories, choosing the right metrics, and writing a guided narrative
• Problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with to non-technical/ business stakeholders
• Exposure to data modelling and also power BI
