YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
Territory Ownership Independently manage and grow a defined region by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
Local Business Engagement Support local SIXT branches by developing strong partnerships with nearby businesses, unlocking regional sales potential.
ClientFacing Sales Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting prospects, understanding their operational needs, and presenting customised mobility solutions.
Market Intelligence Stay informed on local market trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, and relevant legislation to proactively engage new leads.
Consultative Selling Use a tailored, customerfirst approach to develop proposals that align with client objectives, leveraging SIXT’s full product suite.
Pipeline Management Selfgenerate leads, manage your own sales pipeline, and convert prospects into longterm, recurring customers.
CRM Excellence Maintain uptodate records in Salesforce, ensuring all activity, opportunities, and customer interactions are logged accurately.
YOUR SKILLS COUNT
B2B Sales Experience Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in mobility, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive industry.
New Business Development Confident selfstarter with strong experience in independently generating and closing new leads.
Strategic Thinking Able to build structured, resultsdriven sales plans and adapt quickly to shifting customer and market needs.
Relationship Building Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you’re skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and building trust quickly.
Sales Tools Knowledge Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce; experience with sales reporting tools is a plus.
Autonomous & Motivated Highly selfmotivated and targetdriven, you thrive in a fastpaced, fieldbased environment with minimal supervision.
