About the Role
As we continue scaling our gotomarket strategy, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sales to lead and grow our team of Strategic Account Executives (AEs). This team is focused on penetrating and expanding within the largest 20 dental group practices in North America, primarily using a landandexpand, bottomsup sales motion. Your role will be to coach, develop, and manage a highperforming team of AEs while collaborating with executive leadership to shape our Strategic sales motion. Your AEs will be responsible for executing the overarching account plan as well advising BDRs and IRs on bottoms up account penetration in service of the account plan. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the fastest growing team in Dandy’s sales organization.
What Youll Do
Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Strategic AEs responsible for new business and expansion within large group dental practices
Drive performance management, coaching, and daytoday execution to ensure your team consistently hits sales KPIs and revenue targets
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to refine and optimize our enterprise sales process and segmentation strategy
Partner with the Strategic Account Management, BDR, and IR leadership to ensure aligned account coverage across topdown and bottomup motions
Identify process gaps, enablement needs, and tooling improvements that increase team productivity
Serve as a playercoach when needed, helping to close key deals or unstick complex opportunities
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability
Analyze pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on team performance using Salesforce and related tools
Help build the foundational infrastructure, processes, and playbooks that will shape how Enterprise organization operates, prospects, and closes at scale
Build strong crossfunctional support to execute longterm strategic initiatives alongside the Director of Enterprise Sales
What Were Looking For
7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years managing highperforming B2B sales teams (startup or highgrowth environments strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success managing a midmarket or enterprise sales team with quotacarrying reps
Experience selling into multilocation businesses or complex buying groups
Strong CRM and sales operations hygiene; highly organized and datadriven
Track record of coaching reps on structured sales process, discovery, and pipeline management
Proven ability to thrive in fastmoving, ambiguous environments and drive results through others
Bonus Points For
Experience selling into the DSO segment
Experience managing teams selling into dental, healthcare, or multisite businesses
Familiarity with landandexpand or dual motion (topdown + bottomup) sales strategies
Past experience at a marketplace or platform company
High EQ and ability to motivate and retain talent during highgrowth phases
