You will be supporting our team in DACH, which consists of over 40 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. We embrace a "remote-first" approach, allowing our team members the flexibility to work remotely.

You Will:
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for both sales and account management, supporting quarterly and yearly business planning;
  • Deliver actionable insights through campaign analytics, identifying trends and providing strategic consultancy to different internal teams;
  • Create and automate recurring reports (e.g., performance KPIs, inventory analysis) to streamline processes and increase efficiency;
  • Collaborate with the Traffic Team to analyze data and ensure optimal campaign delivery;
  • Partner with Marketing to identify trends and translate them into compelling storytelling opportunities;
  • Use data visualization tools to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders;
  • Support deal potential analyses for our sales team, helping identify and prioritize opportunities.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in online marketing and understanding of digital advertising metrics;
  • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques;
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations;
  • Proficiency in SQL and Looker Studio (or equivalent BI/data visualization tools), familiarity with Python and BigQuery is a plus;
  • Experience with report automation, dashboards, and large datasets;
  • Proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with precision;
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Business fluency in English, German is a plus;
  • Curiosity to learn in and contribute to a constantly evolving industry.
