We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Corporate HQ in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. A Recruiting Coordinator is a vital team member responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process. This candidate will support recruiters by opening requisitions in Greenhouse, scheduling interviews, following up on interview feedback, scheduling debrief discussions, streamlining offer letters and driving all hiring paperwork. Strong communication skills and innovative thinking are essential in this role to ensure successful recruitment and timely project completion. This position is fully remote. 

Salary range: $22/hr-$29/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Support recruiting by adding opening positions in the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse,
  • Assist recruiters by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage hiring paperwork within an assigned region.
  • Evaluate resumes of prospect candidates/pooling requisitions in Greenhouse. 
  • Coordinate travel for candidates coming onsite to interview. 
  • Close out positions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.
  • May conduct phone screens when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications 
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail - you don’t miss a thing! 
  • Ability to work well with a team. 
  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs,etc.), Greenhouse, DocuSign, and/or Workday experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work 8am-5pm PST shift strongly preferred
Education and Experience
  • Must have prior experience in a related role
  • A background in HR, customer service or recruiting is helpful
