Why work at Nebius
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud computing to serve the global AI economy. We create the tools and resources our customers need to solve real-world challenges and transform industries, without massive infrastructure costs or the need to build large in-house AI/ML teams. Our employees work at the cutting edge of AI cloud infrastructure alongside some of the most experienced and innovative leaders and engineers in the field.

Where we work
Headquartered in Amsterdam and listed on Nasdaq, Nebius has a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, North America, and Israel. The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in-house AI R&D team.

The role

We’re looking for a seasoned leader to head our Global Sales Strategy & Operations function. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with the sales leadership to shape sales strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless execution across the entire sales lifecycle. You’ll establish scalable frameworks, optimize processes globally, and deliver the insights and planning discipline that accelerate growth.

In this role, you’ll lead a global team and collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and GTM Operations to align strategy, maximize efficiency, and unlock quality revenue growth.

If you thrive in fast-growth tech environments, balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, and excel at building cross-functional alignment — this role is for you.

You are welcome to work remotely from the United States (preferred CST & EST) or Europe (preferred GMT+1 & GMT+2)

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing global Sales Operations team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Drive the annual and long-term revenue planning process.
  • Design scalable frameworks for territory planning, quota setting, and resource deployment.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations.

Operational Excellence

  • Optimize the end-to-end sales process to reduce friction and improve productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and GTM strategies.
  • Drive continuous process innovation to enhance sales efficiency and productivity.

Data & Insights

  • Deliver actionable insights through forecasting models, performance dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Provide executives with clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and opportunities for growth.

Technology & Tools

  • Partner with Technology team to optimize sales systems and tools.
  • Drive workflow automation and ensure adoption of best-in-class systems to scale productivity.

We expect you to have:

  • Experience: 10+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or related roles, including 5+ years managing teams.
  • Proven Impact: Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and building processes in high-growth SaaS/tech environments.
  • Strategic & Analytical: Strong problem solver with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborative Leader: Exceptional communicator and influencer with a track record of building trust across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product teams.
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, ruthlessly prioritize, and execute at pace.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency with sales productivity tools; experience driving adoption and optimization.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
