Job description

NILO® is one of the fastest growing Beverage Brands in the US. We are looking to hire an exceptional Brand Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role combines brand design, content creation, community engagement, and ecommerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for branding design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage digital marketing initiatives while ensuring NILO® online store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Design & Content: Create and update packaging, labels, marketing materials, and digital content while ensuring consistent brand identity.

  • Community & Customer Management: Manage social media channels, coordinate influencer collaborations, engage with online communities, and handle customer inquiries on Shopify and Amazon.

  • ECommerce Operations: Oversee daily Shopify orders, maintain and optimize product listings on Shopify and Amazon, monitor websiteapp performance, and provide sales and performance reports.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

      • 2+ years of experience in brand design, marketing coordination, or a similar role.

      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.

      • Strong copywriting and digital content creation skills.

      • Experience managing social media platforms and influencer collaborations.

      • Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and ecommerce operations.

      • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

      • Highly organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
          • Portfolio showcasing brand design, digital content, and marketing projects is required.
