Project Manager Medallia

What you will do

• Lead endtoend Medallia implementation projects, from discovery and design through testing, training, and golive.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients—building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams (consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders) to keep milestones and deliverables on track.
• Define project plans, timelines, and scope while proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder engagement at every stage.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to optimize delivery, enhance processes, and maximize the client experience with Medallia.

• What we are looking for

  • Experience as a Project Manager, ideally in SaaS or other techdriven environments.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills to keep complex projects on track.
  • Excellent communication—you’re equally effective with executive sponsors and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a focus on quality and client success.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
