Project Manager

Your Role and Impact

They’re looking for a sharp, systemsminded Project Manager to help them stay organized, accountable, and moving quickly. You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to translate messy, fastmoving priorities into clean workflows and finished projects.

Responsibilities

• Break down complex problems into simple, actionable workflows.
• Track and follow through on highpriority tasks ensuring deadlines are met and nothing slips.
• Spot inconsistencies, implement quality checks, and drive clarity across the team.
• Coordinate across Sales, IT, and Operations to remove blockers and keep momentum up.
• Build systems that create visibility into team responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Help the founder structure ambiguous challenges into clear next steps.
• Surface what needs attention, escalate when appropriate, and keep people accountable without micromanaging.

• Requirements

  • C1 level English or equivalent proficiency
  • Strong systems thinking; you can take chaos and organize it into something clear, trackable, and repeatable
  • Extreme ownership; you take pride in seeing things through
  • Attention to detail; you catch what others miss and build simple checks to keep things tight
  • Solid judgment; you know when to act, when to ask, and how to prioritize across competing needs
  • Clear communication; you write and speak in a way that brings calm and alignment to the team
  • Grounded, startupready mindset; you stay steady in ambiguity and move fast without ego
    

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in project management, operations, product ops, or earlystage execution roles
    • Familiarity with Airtable, Monday, Discord, ZapierMake, or various nocode tools
    • Prior work with founderled or fastpaced startups
    • QA, people ops, or systems background, especially in operational infrastructure
