Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for driving and maximizing revenues from assigned customers while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for customers, developing sector and market expertise and taking a consultative approach to understand client business drivers and requirements.
The successful candidate will continually monitor client feedback to anticipate business needs and communicate these insights to the Product department. They will represent the company at industry events and exhibitions relevant to online gambling operators, while also providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and account status to the Head of Account Management.
Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will support the Head of Account Management and other stakeholders with assigned tasks and projects, as well as produce comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
