SAP Transportation Management (TM) Functional Expert – S4HANA

Location : 100% remote same time zone
Mandate duration : 5 months with possibility of renewal 35 hoursweek

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Functional Expert with deep knowledge of SAP S4HANA to support transportation management processes. The role involves solution design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP TM modules integrated with S4HANA, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective SAP solutions .

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for SAP TM functional design, configuration, and deployment in S4HANA landscapes.

Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP TM solutions.

Conduct business requirements gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with ABAPtechnical teams.

Configure Freight order management, planning & execution, freight settlement, and charge calculation.

Integrate SAP TM with S4HANA modules (SD, MM, EWM, FICO) and external systems.

Support endtoend transportation processes including LBN carrier collaboration and logistics execution.

Provide postimplementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

More than 10 years of relevant SAP TM experience with LBN.

Strong expertise in SAP TM embedded in S4HANA.

Handson expert experience with TM order management, integration, Freight planning, Tendering, execution, freight costing, and settlement.

Integration knowledge with SAP SD, MM, EWM, FICO, and thirdparty logistics solutions.

Experience in at least 2 fullcycle SAP TM implementations (preferably on S4HANA).

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.

Language: English Speaker or Bilingual

Assets:

SAP TM certification

Expertise in companies from the manufacturing, transportation, automotive, and aerospace sectors

Experience with international companies operating across multiple continents

Experience working in multisite companies

Connaissance de lintégration avec SAP SD, MM, EWM, FICO et solutions logistiques tierces.

Expérience dau moins 2 projets dimplémentation SAP TM en cycle complet (de préférence sur S4HANA).

Excellentes compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, communication et documentation.

Solides capacités danalyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Langue : Anglais courant ou bilingue.
