Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed
Knowledge and experience with customer journeyrelated softwares including Unbounce and Hubspot.
Expertise with AB and multivariate testing to analyze campaign performance data using CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, Convert.com), research tools (e.g., Hotjar, Fullstory), web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), heat mapping (Crazy Egg) and reporting and dashboarding (Looker Studio) to make datadriven decisions and optimize campaign performance
