Job description

*We’re excited to welcome new team members and are only considering candidates based in Washington State and Texas for this engagement. If you are not currently located in one of these states, you will not be considered.

We’re building a consultant roster to support both current and upcoming client projects and are looking for an M365 AI Documentation Program Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AI technologies and technical documentation — or vice versa. You’ll help define and drive the processes that enable the creation and maintenance of AIpowered technical documentation at scale for a large enterprise organization supporting global customers.

Work Location Flexibility: Currently, this role provides the option for remote work; however, flexibility from our consultants is crucial for both our team and clients. Our project activities are dictated by client requirements, which, at times, might necessitate inperson collaboration. Should a client’s onsite or returntooffice policy evolve, consultants must comply with those expectations. We strive to offer as much advance notice and assistance as possible in such circumstances that arise.*

As a M365 AI Documentation Program Manager Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

  • Develop and implement scalable processes for gathering inputs from product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create highquality technical documentation.
  • Leverage AI technologies to design prompts, agents, and workflows that streamline documentation creation, revision, and maintenance.
  • Author and revise technical documentation based on multiple sources of input, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility for global audiences.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, product, and adoption specialists, to ensure documentation aligns with evolving features and customer needs.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve documentation processes as AI capabilities, tools, and technologies mature.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all documentation meets enterpriselevel expectations for consistency and usability.
  • Facilitate earlystage reviews of technical inputs to validate alignment and identify potential risks or gaps before documentation development begins.
  • Create systems and frameworks that enable efficient access to and management of documentation, supporting both selfserve and guided content models.
  • Analyze documentation performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving workflows, response times, and customer satisfaction.
  • Champion best practices for documentation management and integrate lessons learned to refine processes over time.
    • This job is for you if:

      • You’re passionate about AI and innovation. You’re excited by the potential of generative AI and emerging technologies, and you enjoy exploring new ways to leverage these tools to transform how technical documentation is created and maintained.
      • You thrive on solving complex challenges. You approach problems analytically and strategically, using AIdriven solutions and creative thinking to streamline processes and deliver highimpact outcomes.
      • You excel in collaboration. You work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams, gathering diverse inputs and aligning multiple stakeholders to create documentation and processes that drive clarity and adoption.
      • You are highly organized and detailoriented. You manage multiple inputs and moving pieces effortlessly, ensuring documentation is accurate, consistent, and polished—even as technologies and priorities evolve.
      • You are an effective communicator. You can distill complex, technical concepts into clear and accessible documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding at every stage.
      • You embrace change and innovation. You thrive in dynamic environments where technologies advance rapidly, adapting quickly while continuously improving processes and workflows.
      • You demonstrate leadership and influence. You proactively drive initiatives forward, inspire collaboration, and guide teams toward achieving shared goals—even without direct authority.
      • You are committed to continuous learning. You’re curious and selfmotivated, staying ahead of emerging AI capabilities, tools, and best practices to keep your work innovative and impactful.
