Our growth journey has already brought us success in France, and now we are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen our presence in the SouthWest of the country.

Are you ready to make a real impact in the solar industry? As we expand our presence in France, we’re looking for a handson Key Account Manager who can build trust, offer insight, and turn opportunities into lasting partnerships.

Your role

As a key member of our French team, you are much more than a dealcloser — you are a strategic partner to your clients. You bring a strong understanding of the solar and energy storage industry and are skilled at identifying both commercial and technical needs. From the first conversation to contract signature, you build trust, provide wellfounded advice, and deliver tailored solutions.

Your approach is focused on cultivating longterm relationships, grounded in mutual respect and shared success — not on oneoff transactions. You report directly to the Sales Manager France and work in close coordination with colleagues across Europe to shape and implement the regional growth strategy.

Your responsibilities

v Develop and nurture strong, trustbased relationships with both new and longstanding clients, focusing on continuity and partnership.

v Identify strategic opportunities to grow our client base — particularly among developers, EPCs, distributors, and largescale installers — and approach each with a longterm mindset.

v Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each client’s context and challenges, and by cocreating tailored, highvalue solutions that go beyond the transactional.

v Negotiate and secure agreements that are fair, sustainable, and aligned with the shared goals of both parties.

v Collaborate effectively across borders with colleagues in the Netherlands and peers in other regions, ensuring transparency, alignment, and mutual support.

v Stay wellinformed of local market trends, regulations, and competitive movements, and translate these insights into actionable strategies and opportunities.

v Establish PVO as the fullservice solar energy partner of choice in the French market by combining professionalism, technical expertise, and a longterm commitment to client success.
