About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a principal of a dynamic family office with significant investments in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and other diverse asset classes. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while also understanding the fastpaced and confidential nature of investment activities.
Work schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Singapore time PH time
Work arrangement: Remote
What you’ll do
Extensive Travel Management: Coordinate and book complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, ensuring efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Email and Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize a demanding executive calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls. Efficiently manage email correspondence, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and organizing the inbox.
Procurement and Research: Conduct thorough research for various personal and professional purchases, identifying optimal solutions, negotiating with vendors, and managing the procurement process from inquiry to delivery.
Comprehensive Administrative Support: Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including preparing presentations, organizing documents, managing expenses, maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical), and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Investment Support (Preferred): Assist with light research related to investment opportunities, prepare summary documents, organize investor materials, and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.
