Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our company's supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection and negotiation
• Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and sales, to coordinate activities and ensure alignment of goals
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in supply chain management roles
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
