Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining digital files
  • Support project management efforts by tracking progress and deadlines
  • Conduct research and compile information to assist with decisionmaking processes
  • Prepare and format documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between team members and clients, ensuring effective communication
  • Help manage social media accounts and assist with marketing efforts as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions to improve workflow

      • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
      • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently
      • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting
      • Experience with CRM software is a plus
