Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Licensed Insurance Agent to work with our team at Advisor Advantage Marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and analyze customer needs. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Insurance Agent at Advisor Advantage Marketing. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for insurance sales, brokerage, financial consultations, and customer service on a daily basis.

LOCATION: 100% REMOTE

LEADS: Will be provided. Pay as you close.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales or retail sales environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivated approach, and a commitment to achieving results.
