Job Title: Chief of Staff
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach to managing high-impact initiatives and supporting executive-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage information flow and prioritize action items for the CEO.
  • Coordinate communications with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors and board members.
  • Track and ensure completion of key tasks across the executive team.
  • Oversee vendor/contractor selection, onboarding, and management.
  • Execute special projects, including M&A support and corporate development.
  • Manage calendar conflicts and email correspondence in early phase.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proven track record of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in vendor/contractor management and accountability tracking.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Persistent and an over-communicator


Nice to Haves:

  • Background in cryptocurrency or technology.
