About our client:

Our client is a renowned leading construction company in Hong Kong. Due to rapid business growth,they are looking for a Recruitment Manager to spearhead their recruitment strategies from execution to senior level staff.

Job responsibilities:

  • Act as Business Partner to provide HR recruitment advice and people solutions, including but not limited to recruitment strategies, staff retention, job mapping, and the relations between employees and to line managers;
  • Report recruitment status and market trend with analyze data to top management and line managers;
  • Conduct a project-end orientation to project staff and reduce turnover;
  • Lead the Resourcing Team to secure all recruitment strategies and activities are aligned with business direction;
  • Plan, develop and assess existing organizational strategies in the market and solicit stakeholder feedback to revamp recruitment strategies;
  • Lead the team to analyses data, follow up performance on recruitment strategies and actions for process improvements in the resourcing function and channel;
  • Coordinate with various internal parties for recruitment promotion, including brand building, working environment planning, and remuneration package.

Job requirements:

  • Strong passion in Recruitment industry;
  • Min. 8 years’ experience in Recruitment industry with solid supervisory experience;
  • Experienced in mass volume recruitment and fast-paced environment;
  • Solid client network and candidate sources;
  • Must be positive, energetic, independent and result-driven.
