About the Role:

CrowdStrike's IT organization is seeking an exceptional IT Strategy Operations Lead to drive operational excellence and strategic planning across our global IT landscape. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing IT operational strategies, managing business rhythms, and ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and company objectives. The position requires a strategic mindset combined with strong operational expertise to oversee critical business reviews, OKR programs, and company-wide communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and lead the IT organization's OKR program, ensuring alignment with company objectives

  • Orchestrate Monthly Operating Reviews (MORs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Plan and execute engaging All-Hands meetings that drive employee engagement and communication

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives

  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and best practices

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Ensure effective implementation and adoption of strategic pillars & objectives

What You'll Need:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • 15+ years of experience in IT operations, strategy, or business operations

  • Proven track record of implementing successful OKR programs

  • Strong experience in business performance management and metrics

  • Excellence in executive presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority

  • Experience managing large-scale program operations

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in cybersecurity industry operations

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree

  • OKR Certification (from OKR International or similar organizations)

  • Proficiency with Workboard or similar OKR platforms

  • Track record of leading transformation initiatives

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $155,000 - $260,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
