To join CLEAResult as a Senior Practice Consulting Manager, Energy Efficiency.

The Senior Practice Consulting Manager, Energy Efficiency leads activities and acquires inputs from cross-functional teams across the organization in order to develop, design, and ultimately execute the delivery of solutions during opportunity management. The Sr. Practice Consulting Manager is also responsible for acting as an SME for one or more Portfolio of solutions, such as Residential, Low-Income, Multifamily, Commercial, or Industrial; working in their capacity to maintain existing market-facing solutions in CLEAResult’s portfolio as well as refine those solutions depending on functional improvements when necessary.   


Successful candidates will be based in Pacific, Mountain or Central time zones.

  • Own market development, solution design, & implementation planning for a Portfolio
  • Strategic consultative support and subject matter expertise for client accounts in a particular Region, in partnership with BD / Sales Leads
  • Manage the design of solutions during the sales and proposal process
  • Define solution specifications tailored to a specific client, geography, or location
  • Take the lead in managing inputs and insights from other teammates, Regional Delivery Leads, as well as cross-functional teams as needed during solution design for new opportunities or for refinements in existing solutions
  • Responsible and accountable for working with teams to finalize solution specifications, including budgets and pricing, and ensure that the corresponding value proposition is incorporated into any RFP responses or SOW’s
  • Capable of reviewing filings, utility commission documents, and evaluator documents for technical findings and incorporating learnings into new solutions
  • Remain informed about developments in the government, economic, scientific, political, industrial, and international fields as they apply to the future of the market.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs or complete energy and environmental studies
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, energy analysis, building science, architecture, engineering, statistics, economics, or studies that have a basis in analysis is preferred
  • Significant experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy or related technologies concepts, practices, and procedures (7+ years.)
  • Strong financial and marketing analysis experience and the ability to organize, document and present results
