About this Role

The DNA practice at Invisors includes supporting one or more of the following workstreams across HCM and Financial Workday deployments: Data Conversion, Workday Reporting, Prism Analytics, and People Analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide the client through data collection
• Loading data to Workday
• Triaging errors
• Conduct data validation for HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials functional areas during each tenant build of a Phase 1 or Phase X deployment.
• Conduct knowledge transfer to the client regarding EIBs and data conversion best practices.

Relevant skills and experience:

• Proficient in Excel
• Problem-solving mentality
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Prior consulting experience
• Data analysis experience.
