• Manage the endtoend recruitment process for Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of highquality sales professionals, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, industry events, and job boards.
• Work closely with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
• Provide market intelligence on salary trends, competitor strategies, and talent availability to improve recruitment efforts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and representing the companys values and culture throughout the hiring process.

• Fluent in English is mandatory and advanced Spanish
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales recruiting with massive roles in different regions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support.
