As a Senior Engineering Manager, you are responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy around the development, growth, and organization of the Data Intelligence Platform engineering team. You work closely with the VP of Engineering, team leads, and PeopleHR teams to develop career frameworks, oversee talent development, design team structures, and ensure engineering operates smoothly and collaboratively across the organization.You will have direct responsibility under your management of a dozen engineers split amongst several teams.
