Integres is seeking a Program/Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects supporting the SBIR.gov platform. This individual will oversee project management, agile ceremonies, stakeholder coordination, and reporting, ensuring that development and operations align with SBA requirements and statutory mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the agile project management process, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and demos.
Collaborate with SBA Product Owner to define requirements, translate business needs into user stories, and prioritize backlog.
Coordinate approvals and ensure deliverables comply with SBA’s authorization and accreditation (A&A) processes.
Provide oversight for onboarding/offboarding, resource allocation, and team management.
Deliver project reporting on status, risks, blockers, and emerging issues.
Manage coordination with internal SBA stakeholders, including the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
Oversee help desk support operations (approx. 400 monthly cases), ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
Facilitate communication between development teams and SBA leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in agile delivery environments.
Proven ability to manage large-scale federal IT projects.
Familiarity with Scrum methodology, backlog management, and sprint-based delivery.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Experience with system authorization, compliance, and accreditation processes.
Desired Skills
Federal government program/project management experience.
Familiarity with SBIR/STTR or similar federal programs.
Strong knowledge of agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
