Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively reach out to current clients to promote and sell new FinTech products
  • Handle a large volume of calls (both cold and warm) and emails as part of daily outreach efforts
  • Maintain and oversee a sales pipeline consisting of at least 200 active leads andor up to 1,000 automated outreach prospects
  • Report daily and weekly updates to the Operations Team Leader on pipeline health and sales achievements
  • Predict weekly and monthly sales performance
  • Conduct eCommerce market research and independently identify potential leads when necessary
  • Accurately manage account details, enter data, and keep records wellorganized
  • Ensure consistent data accuracy and integrity
  • Utilize a consultative, solutionoriented sales approach during all client interactions
  • Assist clients in integrating new payment solutions into their websites
  • Comply strictly with quality and regulatory standards at all times
    • REQUIREMENTS:

      • Native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills (minimum C1 level)
      • Proven sales experience or background in a call center environment is required
      • Detailoriented with the ability to work autonomously
      • Strong resultsdriven attitude with responsibility for meeting targets
      • Confident, personable communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using various computer applications
      • Capable of working well within a team setting
      • Must have a reliable remote workspace with a stable, highspeed internet connection
        • WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
