Our client is a law firm specializing in personal injury and auto accident cases. With a strong presence in Georgia, they are dedicated to advocating for victims injured in auto accidents, trucking accidents, and other incidents caused by negligence. They are currently seeking a remote Intake Specialist to join their team.


About the role:

We are seeking a detailoriented and empathetic Intake Specialist for our client to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. This role primarily involves handling inbound phone reception and intake, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Spanish with clear accents, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

US Law Firm experience is a plus.


What you’ll be doing:

    • Answer and screen inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients using RingCentral.
    • Conduct initial consultations to gather essential case details and determine eligibility for legal services.
    • Accurately document client information in Clio and Lawmatics case management systems.
    • Schedule consultations and followups with attorneys and clients.
    • Provide compassionate and professional support to individuals seeking legal assistance.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
    • Work closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure smooth case transitions.
    • Track and follow up on potential leads to maximize client retention.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to client intake and case file management.


        • Who are we looking for?

            • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with clear accents in both languages.
            • 2+ years of experience as an intake specialist, legal assistant, or in a related role.
            • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
            • Experience handling inbound calls and managing client intake processes.
            • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fastpaced environment.
            • Proficiency in RingCentral, Lawmatics, Clio, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
            • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
            • Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
            • Experience working in a US law firm is a plus.

                  Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm EST
