7-10 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or construction tech sectors., Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and expanding enterprise accounts., Deep understanding of the CEE construction or heavy equipment markets, with experience selling to rental companies or contractors being advantageous., Strong strategic, analytical, and executive presence skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and related tools..

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and shape the CEE go-to-market strategy in line with global business goals.
  • Drive complex sales cycles and manage high-value accounts, influencing procurement decisions.
  • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships and represent the company at industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings, gather customer feedback, and ensure product-market fit.
