Job Summary

As the IT Enterprise Architect Manager, you’ll lead the development and evolution of Liberty’s enterprise architecture. In this highly visible role, you will:

  • Define architecture standards, patterns, and frameworks that enable scalable, secure, and efficient technology platforms.

  • Define and evolve roadmaps for application, data, and technology architecture in alignment with regulatory requirements and Libertys strategic goals.

  • Build roadmaps for enterprise applications, data architecture, and technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Partner with IT leadership, developers, product teams, and solution architects to ensure cohesive and futureready architecture across initiatives.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., microservices, cloudnative platforms, AIML) and apply them to modernize systems and reduce technical debt.

  • Support governance efforts by assessing solution compliance and participating in architectural reviews.

  • Serve as a thought leader, helping stakeholders translate complex business needs into actionable architecture strategies.


    • What You’ll Bring
      • 5+ years of experience in enterprise, application, or data architecture, including handson design across largescale systems.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

      • Expertise in architecture transformation (e.g., monolith to microservices), modern frameworks (.NET, Java), and cloudnative environments (e.g., Kubernetes, containers).

      • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance longterm vision with immediate business needs.

      • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to translate complex architecture concepts for diverse stakeholders.

      • Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security standards in enterprise environments.

      • Experience in Microsoft technologies and healthcare is strongly preferred.

                • Compensation

                  In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $154,800 $181,800, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

                  Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
