Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to join our team in Maidenhead.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisations technology landscape and driving digital transformation initiatives.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic business environment.

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategies
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, enterprisewide technology solutions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute longterm IT roadmaps
  • Analyse current IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Guide crossfunctional teams in the adoption of new technologies and architectural best practices
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to other architects and IT professionals
  • Develop and present architecture proposals and recommendations to executive stakeholders
    • Qualifications

      • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
      • TOGAF certification or a comparable enterprise architecture qualification
      • Proven experience in IT architecture, with a track record of delivering enterprisewide solutions
      • Deep understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar
      • Expertise in developing IT strategies, modelling business processes, and creating actionable roadmaps
      • Handson experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), data management, and analytics tools
      • Familiarity with IT governance, regulatory compliance, and project management methodologies
      • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives across complex organisations
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
