· Lead and mentor a team of data business analysts, setting clear objectives and priorities.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and training to support the professional growth of team members.

Business Requirements Analysis:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their datarelated needs and challenges.
· Translate business requirements into data analysis and reporting projects.
Production Support:
· Manage ETL processes, ensuring they run efficiently and according to schedule.
· Should be selfsufficient to Investigate and resolve production issues, including data load failures, performance bottlenecks, and data quality problems if needed.
Data Gathering and Transformation:
· Identify and access relevant data sources, including databases, data warehouses, and external data providers.
· Develop data transformation processes to prepare data for analysis.
Data Quality Assurance:
· Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
· Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Work closely with business units to ensure that data analysis projects support their decisionmaking needs.
· Effectively communicate insights and findings to nontechnical teams.
· Work with business and IT teams to prioritize and address datarelated issues.
· Communicate with business users, data analysts, and data scientists to understand their data requirements and respond to their support needs.
Project Management:
· Manage and prioritize data analysis projects, ensuring they are delivered within established timelines.
· Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis processes, methodologies, and results.
· Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field, such as business, data analytics, or a related field.
· Proven experience in requirement gathering, story point framing data analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
· Leadership and team management experience.
· Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
· Ability to translate business requirements into datadriven solutions.
Optional Qualifications:
· Relevant certifications in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields.
· Experience with data governance and data quality assurance.
· Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
