More than 7 years of handson experience with ServiceNow technical Platform and its components business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, Catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc. 2. Experience working on IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, GRC 3. Good Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server installation and management, Event management, Orchestration. 4. Experience in performing major version upgrades, Cloning related activities. 5. Strong handson experience on Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Jelly Scripting, Angular JS, JSON, Web Services, etc.) 6. Good knowledge of ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, RDBMS. Good to have ITIL certification. 7. Good knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and new features. 8. Good knowledge of SDLC processes and best practices – coding, DevOps, testing.
