We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Assist with other HRrelated tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
