Job description

Position: LaravelReactJS developer
Experience: 4+ years

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement userfriendly and highperformance web applications using React.js.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
3. Lead the technical architecture and design discussions for React.js projects, making critical decisions about technology stack, code structure, and performance optimization.
4. Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
5. Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in React.js development, incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies into the development process.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring excellent performance across various devices and browsers.
7. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues promptly and effectively.
8. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process by suggesting and implementing process enhancements and tools.

Requirements:
