• Lead a 2tier team of developers 
• Align goals and targets to the execution 
• Customer and technical engagement including ideation, design
thinking, and seeking rapid feedback 
• Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
Skills
• HealthcareMedicalInsurance sector knowledge 
• 5+ years of programmingsoftware development experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 
