Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying potential clients for our services. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and global environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential target prospective clients and decisionmakers across various platforms in the USA and Israel.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies using various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM systems, social media) and introduce them Unit Group’s services.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of lead interactions and data in the CRM system.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to refine lead generation efforts.

    • Requirements
      • At least 1 year of experience in a lead generation or similar role, preferably in the IT , outstaffing or recruitment industry.
      • Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach.
      • Familiarity with CRM software, lead generation tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
      • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to datadriven decisionmaking processes.
      • Selfmotivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
      • Upper Intermediate English level (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus
